Investment Criteria

Great restaurants are driven by great food, ambiance, and service that offer exceptional value to their guests.  Our understanding of great restaurateurs drives our success. Our interest is in creating an environment that will enable us to form successful partnerships and establish long-term relationships.

We are currently seeking investment opportunities in restaurant companies that will benefit from the real estate, development, financial, and operational expertise of our team.  These companies should be currently generating between $1 to $10 Million in EBITDA and have at least 3 years of operating history.

How DiNella Hospitality is Different

While several factors affect the ability of a restaurant company to succeed, we have found five constant variables that directly correlate to a restaurant’s success.  These five variables are: a concept’s viability, operational functionality, economic functionality, real estate site selection, and access to available capital.  In creating DiNella Hospitality, our goal was to join forces with the restaurant industry’s best and brightest in an effort to ensure that our investment partners would benefit from our experience beyond our ability to provide funding for development and growth.    Therefore in partnering with DiNella Hospitality, you will be provided access to:
